I'm in Mexico! Today we went out to see turtles! We looked forever out in the ocean then we saw like 7 or 8! Birds were sitting on top of their shells in the water! hahaha I have always wanted to see these big turtles in the ocean.
Here he is! super cute and not at all happy to be captured.
Our tour guide jumped in the water and caught him, then pulled him in the boat.
I wanted to jump in, but was drugged up on Dramamine and wasn't capable of making a fast decision. Then I basically slept all day. Plus I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get back in the boat because the swells were big and the boat was tall and I have short arms.
We had fun! Tomorrow, Luke is going fishing in the morning and then out to catch octopus in the afternoon. He is going to hike with the local guy and then swim to different bays and catch like a 100! What! How fun. I think I am going to go find him later in a kayak with a girl that works here. (Bahia de la Luna) They say it is going to take 4 hours! I'll keep you posted.
