We had my Dad's 60th birthday party at our house today. It was a great turn out and we got some good pictures.
That's a pretty typical picture of us and the puppies. One never looks. I asked Luke if he thought we should run the loop of Ike's video through the entire party but he thought it would be a bad idea.
I really like this picture of my dad and my brother. I have never seen my dad in such a crazy shirt. I didn't even recognize him when he came in with the swarm of other people I didn't know. He had friends from high school come and relatives that I didn't know, plus a whole bunch of people from all aspects of his life.
This one was the first picture that Luke took. haha. Jake looks so disgusted. I don't know what the deal was. Luke kinda popped this picture on us.
Here is most of my immediate family. Notice that Luke snuck out of this picture and took it instead. I normally would have objected but there was still a bunch of other people over and I didn't want to have any of them take it not knowing they're skills or set my timer with 10 other people in the room. so he's missing. boooo.
Kelly came too which was such a big help. Plus every one loves her. I think its the toe head factor.
Sweet Mulder and Sculley had to stay outside during the entire thing due to the amount of old people at out house. I was worried someone would trip and fall over them. They were very upset that we were having a party and they were not the center of everything. Now we are enjoying a wonderful glass of wine and watching a movie. great....
